Heritage Vets – Thornybank will open our doors on the 22nd of April 2024! Becky and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all our new clients and pets to Hertiage Vets, and to give a big thank you to all those who have made this possible. We are delighted to share Heritage Vets with you, and invite you on our journey to becoming your trusted veterinary team.
We aim to do things differently here at Heritage Vets. We will take the time to get to know you and your pet, and tailor all aspects of their care to yours and their individual needs. We will listen to your concerns and create a bespoke care plan for all of your pets’ requirements. From parasite prevention and vaccination protocols, to urgent care of your sick pet and beyond. We will be there for it all and walk you through any decision-making processes. Please, never be afraid to ask us any question about your pets’ treatment. We are here to listen and help, and will be open and honest every step of the way.
Each one of our experienced highly trained team understand that even a routine visit to the vets can be very daunting and stressful for both owner and pet. That’s why we will go that bit further to ensure that you are completely comfortable with all aspects of your pets’ care at Heritage Vets.
