We always reserve appointments for on the day, which aren’t available online. If your pet needs to be seen and you can’t find an appointment time to suit, please call us on 0131 287 2662.

If you aren’t sure what sort of appointment you need, please call us or email info@heritagevets.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

  • If you are registered with us but have never used this online booking system before, please click ‘find your account’ (also used if you have forgotten your password for the online booking system)
  • If you are not yet registered with us, please click ‘create an account’ to register, this will also allow you to book your first appointment
  • If you have used this online booking system before click ‘log in’ to book another appointment
